Authorization, capability entailment, parameter bounds, intersection, containment, obligation resolution, constraint union, chain authorization and decision records.
What this page is not
A signature verifier or a carrier implementation. CLC judges authority semantics; certificate status, signatures and transport are separate layers.

The vector files are copied from varwof/capability. Evidence JSON can be downloaded and compared with the Go or Python runners.
